1. I’m looking for a nutrition and movement programme. Does NuMe provide this?
Yes. The 9-week Reset includes both movement and nutrition, designed to work together. If you prefer to focus on one area, there are also 6-week standalone programmes for either nutrition or movement. It just depends on what you need and your available time.
2. Do I need access to a gym? Can I complete the workouts at home?
Absolutely. All movement sessions are designed to be done at home with minimal equipment.
3. What equipment do I need for the workouts?
A yoga mat, resistance bands, and light dumbbells are ideal—but modifications are provided for those starting with bodyweight only or if more experienced with lifting weights..
4. I’m looking for an accelerated weight loss course. Is this the right challenge for me?
This isn’t a rapid weight loss course. NuMe focuses on realistic, sustainable results by supporting your hormones, metabolism, and mindset with education and lifestyle changes.
5. How long do I get access to the course?
Once you sign up to a programme you will have lifetime access to the education and content. You will have the support and accountability for the full 6 or 9 weeks, depending on the programme you join. Many materials can also be saved or downloaded for continued use.
6. How long are the workouts?
Workouts are 15–30 minutes. They’re efficient, effective, and created with busy women in mind.
7. Is there any max strength or heavy lifting involved in the workouts?
No, the focus is on functional strength, mobility, and supporting the female body in midlife. No heavy gym lifting required but if it is what you are looking for, programmes can be tailored easily.
8. I have a history of disordered eating. Is this a good option for me?
Yes. NuMe offers a mindful approach to food, without counting, restriction, or shame. You’ll learn how to appreciate and nourish your body, not punish it.
9. How much accountability and support will I receive during the programme?
Expect regular check-ins, guidance, and a supportive community—plus expert input to help you feel seen, understood, and motivated. This is all managed through WhatsApp so it is personal and accessible.
10. Can I get personalised advice based on my specific needs or goals?
100%! You will receive guidance that considers your unique lifestyle, schedule, peri symptoms (if any), and goals. It’s not one-size-fits-all and I recognise and honour that.
11. How do I get started with NuMe Collective?
Visit the website or follow the link in bio to book a complimentary discovery call. You will also receive onboarding info and access to our wellness platform. After we have discussed your goals and decided on a suitable plan, we’ll get you set up and ready to go!
12. What benefits can I expect from following this programme?
More energy, improved sleep, better digestion, reduced bloating, hormone balance, fat loss, increased strength, and feeling more in control of your health.
13. How soon will I see results from the programme?
Many feel better within the first 2-3 weeks, more energy, better mood, deeper sleep, improved skin and digestion. The physical changes like weight loss, strength or body composition progress over time—this is about long-term health. Everyone is different and their own journey is unique to them.
14. Is this programme suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Whether you’re brand new or returning after a break, everything is explained clearly and adapted to where you are and what you are looking for.
15. I’m not very active right now. Will this be too much for me?
Not at all. You’ll build gradually, with supportive coaching to ease you in and help you stay consistent.
16. Can I combine this programme with other fitness routines or activities?
Yes, of course. I actually encourage that.. My movement programme is designed to support your life, not overwhelm it. It's great alongside yoga, walking, team sports, or other mindful activities.
17. Is there support for my mental health and emotional well-being?
Yes. The NuMe Collective platform includes a dedicated Wellness Space and Yoga Space designed to support your mental and emotional well-being throughout your journey.
18. What if I have a specific health condition or concern?
You should speak to your doctor first, but the programme is flexible and can be adapted with guidance. We will do this in person for privacy and understanding.
19. How is this programme different from other fitness or diet plans?
NuMe is built for women, with a focus on midlife but it is not exclusive to women in peri/ menopause. It’s not about strict rules. It is about understanding your body, knowing what it actually needs, feeling empowered, and making sustainable changes to suit your unique needs and lifestyle.
20. Can I access the course content anytime?
Yes, you’ll have weekly access to resources you can return to at your own pace.
